The holidays are a perfect time for families to sit down and share a meal. For me, this is one of the core pillars of Wholesome Child as family meals can forge a healthy relationship towards food in childhood and beyond.

And, the best news…there’s no refined sugar or nasties – so you can indulge guilt-free and know your kids can do the same. Holidays are definitely a time for ‘sometimes’ foods and I always advocate indulging in moderation.
