Did you know, around 4-8% of children under the age of 5 have some form of food allergy? This number has doubled in the last decade alone. The most common food allergies include wheat, dairy, nuts and eggs, which can often be concerning for parents as many foods contain some or all of these ingredients.

In the course, I’ll lead you through simple swaps and how to expand your child’s food repertoire despite their particular food allergy.
Dealing with a family member’s food allergy is not always easy, especially when it’s a young child. Limited choices and fussy eating habits can often mean that there is little variety on offer and mum or dad needs to cook separate meals to cater for them. It’s easy to fall into the trap of providing repetitive meals or processed and convenient options that aren’t as nutritious as they could be.
This course will ensure that you have plenty of recipes to choose from and will guide you on how to spot food allergy pseudonyms, which ingredients to avoid and food products to stay away from. Plus, each allergen has allergy-friendly recipes that are easy to make and delicious to taste.
