I always find myself cooking the same food over and over for my daughter. I knew this wasn’t beneficial for her gut or for helping to boost her immunity. The Boost immunity course was really easy to follow, even for a busy mum. I liked how the course was broken down into smaller parts that could read when you have a moment to yourself!
