As a paediatric nutritionist, I know how hard it can be for families who have a child with allergies. Finding recipes that are dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and egg-free can be exhausting. I’m here to help with a supply of healthy meals & snacks. I’ve listened to many requests from my community who have been asking for fuss-free recipes that cover multiple allergens.
